I met this man on the Marine Parade, Lyme Regis in September 2014.   Upon talking to him I discovered that he was touring the South West of England, playing his pipes.   He stated that Galicia is a famous pipe-playing region of Northern Spain and that he was in England on a "working holiday" (I wonder if he has gone home yet?)
