I met Eilidh when I visited a hotel at which she was chamber-maiding in Oban, Scotland.   Eilidh is a fluent Gaelic speaker with strong family connections to the Island of Berneray in the Outer Hebrides - she loves the sound of Oyster Catchers - they remind her of the beautiful white shell sand beaches of the Outer Hebridean islands.
